The Traffic Department is responsible for installation, maintenance and operation of traffic control devices in the City of Russellville. These devices include signs, traffic signals, and pavement markings. Kenneth and George also responds to emergencies and malfunctions associated with traffic control devices. This requires him to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
